Kevin Murphy Repair Me Trio – First Impressions and Review!

Hi there lovely!

A couple of weeks ago I was offered to choose some products to try out from either Kevin Murphy or Living Proof. Both brands are absolutely amazing and have such great hair care. Ultimately I decided to choose some products from Kevin Murphy that I have been eyeing for a while now and was really curious to try out!

Which brings us to tonight’s post where we’ll be talking about the Kevin Murphy Repair Me Wash Trio!

I have been so excited about these products because I am not joking when I say that every single time a girl with long, gorgeous hair has walked in to the salon I work at, they use this line of products.

Naturally good products alone is not enough and it has a lot to do with genes, but it was enough to pique my interest especially since I own a lot of products from Kevin Murphy already and love all the ones I’ve tried so far!

First of all I absolutely love the scent of these products! I will be honest and say that despite being such a fan of Kevin Murphy’s products I am not a huge fan of the scents of the products. If you’ve ever smelled any of their products youprobably understand what I mean when I say that the scents are slightly different compared to a lot of other hair care brands. The Repair Me line smells incredible though!

Kevin Murphy Repair Me Wash – This is a completely sulphate and paraben free shampoo with papaya, bamboo and silk amino acids as some of the main ingredients. It’s made to strenghten your hair and also contains ingredients to promote hair growth and shine! I love this shampoo after using it a couple of times because it doesn’t completely strip my hair of moisture. Even after shampooing twice I can still run my fingers through my hair while usually my hair get’s so dry and tangled after shampooing that I can’t comb through it until I use conditioner. So many thumbs up for this shampoo!

Kevin Murphy Repair Me Rinse – Now this conditioner is the absolute bomb! Some of it’s main ingredients are shea butter and aloe leaf extract and you can definitely tell. My hair is so dry and need a lot of moisture to be manageable and this conditioner has blown my mind completely. My hair hasn’t looked this moisturized and healthy in a long while despite using hair masks and doing deep conditiong several times a week. Even after just a couple of uses, this conditioner has already reached staple status in my bathroom!

Kevin Murphy Re.Store – This is a really special product and I was quite confused at first when it came to how I was supposed to use it. This is a cleansing conditiong treatment that’s meant to be used as a substitute to shampoo and conditioner 1-2 times a week, depending on how often you wash your hair. It is completely sulphate and paraben free and contains papaya and lycine to really focus on locking in moisture and rebuilding your hair. You simply apply it in wet hair and leave it in for 1-3 minutes before rinsing it out and then you’re done. Not only is it a time saver but it is an amazing way to retain moisture in your hair and not have to suffer the damage of washing it too often. Such a wonderful product and I am so in love with it already!

I will definitely be using these products for a while to see if they live up to their claim, but as far as first impressions go I am completely floored by these products! They smell amazing and make my hair feel so soft and healthy!

Have you tried this line or own any other products from Kevin Murphy? If so then please let me know your personal favourites in the comments below!

As always thank you so much for reading lovelies! Hugs and kisses!

  1. I have searched and searched for the ingredients in Restore – can you please share? I need to know if it contains silicones.
